Registration

To assist the school in planning the upcoming school year, please register your children as early as possible.

To register for the 2024-2025 school year, children must be 5 years old on or before December 31, 2024.

Registration forms are attached, please see links below or from the school office.

Please print and complete the Registration form in full, sign in the appropriate areas and return completed forms to the School office as soon as possible. Forms are also available at the school office.

Medical Questionnaire - if a medical concern is identified on the registration form, please complete the medical questionnaire.

School of Choice forms should be completed ONLY if applying to attend a school out of the home school catchment area.

Child in Care forms should be completed ONLY if child is in the care of CFS.

As outlined by the Department of Records and LSSD, a copy of the child's Birth Certificate, Proof of Citizenship and parent/guardian proof of residency must accompany all registrations. Proof of residency documents accepted: Driver's License, Lease Agreement, Mortgage, Utility Bill. Manitoba Health is not accepted as proof of residency. To avoid delay in processing, please forward all required documents with the registration.

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to supply all the necessary documentation for school registrations. This checklist should help you along.
